I have emailed an entry in but have not received an acknowledgement. This is making me concerned that my entry has not been received. I haven’t had any notification that the email was not delivered. Perhaps acknowledgement of receipt is still coming? I didn’t want to email again for fear of invalidating my entry and it’s now past the deadline for entry at any rate. This is the first ever writing competition I have ever entered so I am very apprehensive but also excited. I do really hope that my entry was received.

Hi there. Just to let you know we’ve tried emailing again but it’s still bouncing back. The problem seems to be with the account it’s redirecting to rather then the one you have sent us the details of. Hope this helps you to get it sorted out but don’t worry we do definitely have your entry.

Hi there. We sent a submission acceptance email, but it bounced back. Your submission has been accepted, but if you could get in touch with us at library@rcpsg.ac.uk with another email to contact you on that would be great 🙂

About Us

The College’s heritage collections – including thousands of medical and surgical instruments, rare books, archives, and pictures – span over 6 centuries and are an excellent resource for exploring the history of medicine and the history of the city of Glasgow. Many items from the collections have been digitised and are available to view here. Our digitisation work is ongoing, and we add new items to the site regularly, so keep checking back to discover more.
